We all intend to be happy in our lives. The difference can be sighted only when some people can stay happy in any circumstance while others have embarked on a journey like a 'treasure hunt' in search of happiness. The question is: Is there a place that exists on earth which is totally deprived of sorrows? According to my opinion, a place like that exists. That magical place cannot be pictured in a visual form, but can be definitely pictured in an illusionary form. That place is nothing but your soul. In order to spread happiness, you have to be happy from inside. Expensive gifts and luxurious areas can only provide you with materialistic happiness. The real happiness arises from your own soul, which can never get destroyed by any external situations. If you make yourself mentally and emotionally strong, you can stay happy all the time. That doesn't mean laughing or smiling like a lunatic! It implies that whichever hurdles rises in front of you, you can handle it with peace. Even if frustration occurs, it can be shunned away very quickly. That's because your soul is at peace and also happy!
You can compare your happiness with either of these: a straight line or a wave. A straight line indicates that you are always at peace and happy, without any fluttering. Whereas a wave is an upward and downward motion, indicating that your mood changes according to the situation. The choice is yours.
